Download of reels from slitters

In the past years we developed different systems to download the reels from the slitters shafts, each one suitable for different reels type and based on the requested speed, on the available space and on the unloading device from slitters.
Our goal is to unload the reels fast but without damaging them and bringing them to our line in order to avoid loss of time and stops of the slitter.
ZANCANER cooperates with slitters producers both for the mechanical interface and for the data exchange in order to realise a “single line?? and automate all the process of production of the reels.
