Mobile doffer and palletising system Mod. Rocdoffer

This mobile system allows the unloading of the yarn bobbins produced from winding machines or “open end” machines and their palletising with perforated cardboard partitions. It shifts along the machines head by means of rails placed onto the floor. Series of devices for the automatic unloading of the bobbins from winding or “open end” machines and their storing on elevated conveyance system. Pallet sizes 800x1200 or 1200x1200 with maximum height 2500 mm.

The machine palletizes bobbins onto pallets with dimensions up to 1200x1200 mm and maximum height 2500 mm. Upon request automatic feeding of empty pallet with weighing device, to have the tare and gross weight of full pallet. Version with multi-pincer self-adapting to the diameter of the bobbins to be palletized.
